Colorado A LEAD NNP IS NEEDED FOR A PROMINENT COLORADO CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL. 60-bed Level IIIC unit (expanding to 75 in August 2012). The Lead NNP would participate in interviewing and hiring of new staff and will be part of unit committees. 20 hours per pay period of admin time, the rest is clinical. Lead NNP candidates must have leadership experience. The hospital is a teaching facility providing regional care with all subspecialties represented including some cardiovascular surgery and ECMO. The NNPs manage the cardiac, ECMO and other surgery patients as well as pre-term infants along with the residents. EXPERIENCED MSN CANDIDATES ONLY who can obtain prescriptive authority in Colorado.
