The hospital is ranked No. 1 in the nation for neonatal care. The hospital has a large, 95-bed Level IV unit affiliated with a university Level III NICU. The unit serves critically ill newborns and premature infants who need general medical or surgical intervention, ECMO or apnea screening. The NNPs will work in both locations and work on an exclusive team with an attending. The residents will also have a team. Pennsylvania MANAGEMENT POSITION!! A highly prestigious Children's Hospital in SE Pennsylvania is currently seeking an experienced NICU Nurse Manager for its 95-bed, Level IV NICU. Requirements: Graduation from a NLN accredited school of nursing with a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing; graduation from an accredited college w/an applicable master's degree; at least 2 years of prior NICU Management or leadership experience; and at least 5 years clinical RN experience preferred. The leadership structure for the department will include two Nurse Managers, to cover the 300+ NICU Nursing and Ancillary team. This position will report to the Director of Neonatal Nursing Services and will directly manage a team of clinical leaders focused on achieving unit/departmental goals. 24/7 responsibility.
