A Tennessee-based healthcare company that provides services to underserved communities is currently seeking experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioners to provide coverage to one of two small Level II NICUs in southeastern Georgia, as well as normal newborn care. 24-hour shifts (7-8/month). Eligible candidates must have substantial NNP experience and be comfortable working autonomously. Strong procedural, delivery room, and analytical skills also required. Ideal candidates will have the ability to design complex clinical and administrative systems and programs, have excellent communication skills, and a strong desire to lead and teach hospital employees in the care of Level II babies. Candidates must also be comfortable with telecommunications technology. Additional requirements: MSN, NCC, APN state licensure (or eligible) and prescriptive authority, along with NRP and STABLE.
